May 25, 2019 sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a sweet lady and I enjoyed seeing her when you had her at your house. She always had a wave and hello across the fence. I am sure your heart is aching. I know she cherished you for all of the time you spent with her and everything you did for her. You both were so blessed! You and your mom are in our thoughts and prayers.

Your mother was so open to having us in and out of the house as we were growing up. I remember her red velvet cake. We were blessed with good parents and good friends! We will keep you all in our prayers.

I send my condolences to you, the family of Marge, in the loss of your mother. At one time, you were our wonderful neighbors on Glenwood Ave. More recently, when I would visit my widowed mother, Wilma, we would go to the bank and always have a friendly chat with your mother. More recently, at the Reece Funeral Home in 2013 at the visitation for my 96 year old mother, she was the first person I saw! I was moved, and it was wonderful to see her then.

I know you will always miss her!

Sweet Lady Margie always had a twinkle in her eye... a sparkle in her smile... She was proud to share she sang for the veterans in the service. She was a Bob Hope Style of Lady. You could see her genuine love of her grandchildren and great grandchildren when she was with them at holidays and birthdays. I am such a better person to have known Lady Margie... Her voice will be so beautiful in the Heavenly Choirs of angels and her kindness will spread to all around her. Lady Margie was a mentor to follow. All My Best to her loving family.

Marla, our children, and I had the joy of being Pete and Marge's next door neighbors for many years in Ottumwa. She was a wonderful lady. We loved her so much. We certainly extend our condolences to the family.

One of the nicest people we have known and a great employee. So glad she got to see her family “grow” and mature.
