Neada Kay Shull, 61, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 2:48 a.m. February 27, 2018 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
She was born July 16, 1956 in Ottumwa to Jeremiah and Gracie Jean Abbott Johnson. She married Benjamin Shull October 5, 2004 and he preceded her in death December 3, 2017.
A graduate of Ottumwa High School in 1975, she received her LPN certificate from Indian Hills Community College. She had worked at Good Samaritan in Ottumwa, J.B. Hunt and for Child Support Recovery.
She enjoyed working on her computer, coloring and spending time with her dog, Abby.
Surviving are her children, Nicole Whitney Van Der Horst of Fremont, Andrea Lynn Van Der Horst (Chris Randall), Leandrew Brink and Sara McCabe all of Mt. Pleasant; 5 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; her father, Jeremiah Johnson of Ottumwa; two brothers, Orville Johnson of Ottumwa and James Edward Johnson of Pella.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Her body has been cremated and no services are planned.
