Pamela Strunk Pamela Strunk, 55, of Moulton passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018.
Pam was born on February 18, 1963 in Centerville, Iowa to Larry & Evelyn (Helmick) Thomas. She received her education from Centerville High School graduating in 1981. Pam would further her education and obtain an Associate of Arts Degree from Indian Hills Community College.
On September 4, 1987, Pam was united in marriage to Daniel Strunk at Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church in Centerville.
Pam enjoyed collecting Native American figurines and dolls. She was good at participating in bible sword drills at church camp. She enjoyed listening to Blue Grass Music and the Grand Ole Opry.
Pam's favorite color was lavender, it always brought a smile to her face. She enjoyed baking and made the best bread pudding. For the last 20 years, Pam was employed at Bemis and enjoyed her time spent with her co-workers. She also loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and her animals. Pam's parents will miss her honking her horn as she went by their house going to and from work.
Survivors include her husband, Daniel Strunk, siblings: Dean Thomas (Stacy), Dan Thomas (Shirley Roane), Kimberly Powell, parents; Larry & Evelyn Thomas, 12 nieces and nephews: Jami Thomas, Kari Rouse (Chris), Seth Thomas (Laura), Andrew Powell, Aaron Powell, Vanessa Schouten (Timothy), Veronica Gosney (Adam), Daniel Thomas, Amy DeVore (Scott), Josh Davenport (Tara), Molly Carter (Jimmy) and Ruth Adams. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, father & mother-in-law: Robert & Mary Strunk, brother-in-law, Doug Powell, two nieces: Rachel Lynn Adams and Sarah Lou Adams.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Grace Tabernacle Church in Centerville. Interment will immediately follow at Eaton Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9-10:30 am. Memorials may be given to the family which will be designated at a later date and condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com.
