Rosalind B. McKinney, 82, of Ottumwa, died September 5, 2017 at her home.
She was born March 10 1935 in Agency to Lawrence "Deke" Wallace and Celetha E. Haines McCoy. She married Quincy Junior McKinney on July 3, 1954 and he preceded her in death on April 29, 1985.
A graduate of Agency High School, Rose had served as caretaker for the Agency Cemetery for many years. She had worked for Snap Photo and Colormaster, retiring in July 2002.
Rose was a member of the Colormaster bowling group.
Surviving is a daughter, Sue Collier of Ottumwa; a son, Roger McKinney of Ottumwa; 5 grandchildren, Chelsea McKinney, Seth McKinney, Laurie (Jacob) Brisendine, Jamie (Penny) Collier and Jason (Lisa) Collier; 9 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Stephen "Doug" McCoy, David McCoy, Dick (Vickie) McCoy, Betty (Wayne) Walker, Bonnie (Jim) Huddleston, Linda (Dale Weller) Berry and Judy Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, LaVerne "Bub" McCoy; a sister, Georgia "Dode" Jones and a son-in-law, Gary Collier.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Reece Funeral Home. Burial will be in Agency Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Friday with the family present from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.
Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or Gastroparesis Clinical Research Consortium c/o American Gastroenterological Association.
