Thomas Ray Etheridge, 60, of Ottumwa died at 7:55p.m. March 17, 2017 at Hospice House in Ottumwa.
He was born December 24, 1956 in Ottumwa to William and Betty Nadean Easton Etheridge.
Tom served in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 1983, serving as a medic in Germany. He had worked for Universal Rundle, Cargill Meat Solutions and for the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Kentucky.
He enjoyed dirt bike racing, camping, bowling and watching car races.
Surviving is a son, Todd Etheridge of Ottumwa; two brothers, Dick Sells of Ohio, Jack (Liz) Sells of Cheyenne, WY; two sisters, Cindy Etheridge of Shepherdsville, KY and Sandra Sells of Tampa, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Tiffany and a brother, John Sells.
His body has been cremated. A memorial service may be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Serving Davis and Wapello Counties, 927 Pennsylvania Ave. Ottumwa, IA 52501.
