Bob L. McCauley, 84 of Ottumwa passed away on July 9, 2020 at his home in Covington, Washington.

Bob was born to Maurice Henry and Inez Irene McCauley on March 29, 1936 in Ottumwa. Bob graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1954 and joined the Army in 1955. After his 2 years in the Army he remained a reservist until 1963.

Bob married Nancy Joyce Martin in June of 1956, and had three sons. He is survived by Scott McCauley of Tacoma, WA, Kyle McCauley of Tacoma, WA, and his 6 grandchildren who all reside in the greater Seattle area. He is preceded in death by his son Troy Egan McCauley - passed on March 16, 1991.

Bob worked for the Boeing Company as an Engineer from 1957 to 1999 when he retired. Bob lived in Sparks, Nevada from 2001 to 2018 where he met Robin Peterson, who became a daughter to him. Their family became a second family to Bob, and the McCauley family will be forever grateful.
