Winona, MN - Charlotte A. Doud, 79 of Winona and formerly of Ottumwa, IA, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Sauer Healthcare Center, Winona.

Charlotte Ann was born September 21, 1946, in Ottumwa, IA to Shirley (Woods) and Richard Martin. She graduated from Central High School, Sioux City, IA. She received her Phlebotomy credentials in Minneapolis, MN

On May 29, 1982, she married David Doud. They were married for over 40 years.

Charlotte was employed for over 20 years at The Aurora Women's Clinic in Aurora, IL. She loved to cook, sew and crochet.

She is survived by her husband David; daughter Lori (Edward) Wendt; grandchildren: Marta Wendt, Edward, Jr. (Becca) Wendt; great-grandchildren: Edward III, Todd, and Lilliana Wendt; stepchildren: Dhaniel Doud, Greg (Florence) Doud, and Kathy Doud; step grandchildren: Scott and Kami Doud

She was preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Shirley, and infant daughter; Kimberly

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Fawcett Junker Funeral Home, Winona. Placement in the niche will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Winona. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
