David Lee Bullock Obituary
Ottumwa, Iowa - David Lee Bullock, 77, of Ottumwa, died at 1:35 a.m. August 29, 2025 at Good Samaritan Society - Ottumwa.
He was born May 31, 1948 in Ottumwa to John Benjamin and Eleanor Susannah Clarkson Bullock.
A resident of Ottumwa most of his life, David worked at the Savory Motel in Des Moines and as a janitor at the post office in Sigourney. He enjoyed reading, playing cards, watching television and attending the Sigourney Opera House.
Surviving is his brother, Danny Bullock; a niece and several nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents; a brother and sister-in-law, John & Linda Bullock and half-brother, Orville "Woody" Clarkson.
Visitation with his family present to greet friends will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 2nd at Reece Funeral Home.
Graveside services and burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Richard Schlotter officiating.
Memorials may be made to Heartland Humane Society.
