Dorothy Jean Fields passed away on February 21, 2019. Dorothy was born in Ottumwa, Iowa to John and Louise Knox on December 3, 1927. After attending Iowa Wesleyan she taught at Franklin School. In 1952, she relocated to Boulder, Colorado with her late husband, Edwin. Dorothy was an amazing mother of four daughters; Patti, Judy, Nancy and Marjie. She had seven grandchildren and one great grandson. Prior to retirement, Dorothy was an educator at Douglas Elementary School. Her beautiful smile, contagious laughter, and generous spirit will be warmly remembered. Private services have been held.
