Elizabeth Ann West, age 78 of Fairfield died Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Nick Adam officiating. Interment will be at Fell Cemetery near Libertyville.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.
