Enola Mae Neff, age 75, of Packwood died at her home on Monday, July 25, 2016.
She was born June 9, 1941, in Fairfield, the daughter of Clyde Vernon and Thelma Beatrice Hickenbottom Dailey. She grew up in the Packwood - Farson community and graduated from Packwood High School in 1959.
She married Franklin Emory Neff on July 4, 1959 at the Packwood Methodist Church. They lived their entire married life in Packwood.
She worked at the Packwood grocery store, Wakes Feed store and the Packwood Library.
She was a member of T.T.T., Moss Heaven Chapter of the P. Buckley Moss Society and EANGIS Auxiliary. Enola enjoyed collecting P. Buckley Moss prints and Isabel Bloom figurines, and was a Jeff Gordon and Pepsi fan. She loved time with her grandson and taking road trips with Emory.
Deceased family members include her parents, one son Rickie and one brother, Thomas Dailey.
Surviving are her daughter T.J. Butts and her husband Jeremy; and grandson Dylan Franklin Butts, all of Ankeny; one sister Rhonda ( Bruce) Beadle of Ottumwa and one brother, Ronald Dailey of Marshalltown, Iowa.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Packwood Cemetery at Packwood with Pastor Frosty Van Voorst officiating..
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 4:30 until 6:30 P.M. Monday at the Packwood Fire Station.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Pekin Dollar for Scholars.
Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting the family with the arrangements.
