Jeannie L. Roop, age 61, of Ollie, died Friday, February 24, 2017, at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney.

Survivors include her husband: Jon Roop of Ollie; three sons: Michael (Katie) Pfannebecker of Ankeny and children Espen and Aiden, Nicholas Pfannebecker of North English and daughter Jaden and Derrick Pfannebecker of Ottumwa and daughter Annabelle; four step children: Becky (Dan) Tompkins of Davenport, Rhonda (John) Francis of Yuma, Arizona, Beth (John) Gent of Webster and Joe (Nancy) Roop of Ollie; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren and sister: Jaynie (Robert "Sonny") Bontrager of Wellman. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Jimmy Litwiller.

Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney, with Rev. Dirk Alspach officiating. Burial at Van Orsdall Cemetery in rural Ollie. Visitation from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at the funeral home.
