Larry Logan Obituary

Larry Sanford Logan, 85, of Ottumwa, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2020.

A 1955 graduate of Hedrick High School, Larry proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1959. He was a resident of Fremont for many years and was known as a Scoutmaster, and a baseball and softball coach.

Larry enjoyed playing pool and "scooping the loop" in Hedrick and Highland Center, Iowa with his close friends and loving cousins, especially Carol J. Handy Edeker.

Surviving are his sons, Larry Logan of Phoenix, AZ, Scott Logan of Melbourne, FL, and Michael Logan of Hurst, TX; daughter, Susan "Suzi" Logan of Westford, MA; 6 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Webb Logan; a son, Timothy Logan; parents, Erma and C.O. Logan; and his brother, Lloyd Logan.
