Marcia M. Heninger, 86, died October 20, 2021 at Windsor Place Care Center in Sigourney. She was born March 22, 1935 to I. Keith and Stella M. Hammond Zellers in Ottumwa, Iowa. She graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1953. On February 8, 1956 she married Larry H. Heninger at Finley Avenue Baptist Church in Ottumwa. She worked 10 years at Johnson Oil in Hedrick. Marcia enjoyed music shows in Branson and Nashville, cross stich and playing her organ. She was a member of the Hedrick/Martinsburg United Methodist Church and The Good Time Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sisters Elizabeth Schanfeldt and Donna Jean Wolfe and an infant brother.

She is survived by her husband Larry, son Terry L. (Mary) Heninger of Libertyville, Iowa and daughter Patty J.Brubaker (Bryan Wood) of Sigourney, five grandchildren Amanda Heninger of Iowa City, Ben (Alisha) Brubaker, Daniel (Jessica) Brubaker of Sigourney, Travis (Melissa) Brubaker of Sigourney and Ashley Heninger of Libertyville, 10 great - grandchildren Kaleb, Kolten, and Klayton Brubaker, Maleah Dickerson, Dayton Gutierrez, Owen and Mason Brubaker, Emersyn and Beau Brubaker, Tyson Posh, and lifetime friend Juanita Merrick

Funeral Service: Monday 10:30 a.m. Hedrick-Martinsburg United Methodist Church in Hedrick

Visitation: Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Church

Burial: Mt. Zion Cemetery
