Williamsburg, Iowa - Marilyn Elaine Moore, 80, of Williamsburg, Iowa, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Cottage Grove Place. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
Marilyn was born on April 5, 1945, to Clifford and Violet (Wilding) Byrum in Surrey, England. Nine months later she and her family moved to the United States.
She was proud of her English heritage and made time for her daily tea. Marilyn enjoyed going shopping, decorating, maintaining her garden, and going to the movies. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Marilyn is survived by her brother, Danny Byrum; children, Carrie (John) DeLany, and Jeff (Deb) Moore; grandchildren, Sean (Pamie) DeLany, Jeffrey DeLany, Patrick (Ashley) DeLany, Mike (Jerica) O'Connell, Zach (Char) O'Connell, Alex Moore, and Lexi Moore; and 12 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Max and Vi, and her son, Todd.
