Richard "Dick" J. Rainey, 83, of Oskaloosa passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at Crystal Heights Care Center in Oskaloosa. As was his wish, Dick's body has been donated to the University of Iowa Deeded Body Program. Memorial service will be held at a later date. Langkamp Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with the Dick's arrangements.
