Faribault, Minnesota - Ronald D Strickler, age 70, of Faribault, MN passed away Thursday, Nov 20, 2025, at White Pines in Blaine, MN.
Ronald was born on October 29, 1955, in Centerville. The son of Raymond and Velma (Herrold) Strickler. He attended Centerville High School and Indian Hills Community College. He completed his high school equivalency in 1977. He served in the United States Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge on October 17, 1981.
Ronald worked hard throughout his career as a supervisor in the plastic manufacturing industry to provide for his family. In his free time, he enjoyed photography, fishing, and camping.
Left to honor Ronald's memory are his wife of almost 30 years, Peggy Strickler of Faribault, MN; his children, Derek Boyse of Faribault, MN (stepson), Tyler (Emily) Strickler of Faribault, MN, Travis (Karina) Strickler of Faribault, MN, and Trevor Strickler of Faribault, MN; his siblings, Randy (Sonja) Strickler of Centerville, IA, and Kathy (Casey) Jones of Mystic, IA; Four grandchildren, Jillian Strickler, Amelia Strickler, Callahan Strickler, and Ava Strickler.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Velma Strickler; his brothers, Kenny Strickler, Eugene Strickler, Richard Strickler, and Russell Strickler.
A private remembrance service will be held for close friends and immediate family at his residence on Saturday, November 22, 2025. He will be laid to rest at a later date with his mother and father at Haynes Cemetery in Centerville.
